Returns
If you have received the wrong item or if your order is defective, please contact us at info@orlaamsterdam.nl to discuss this.
Are you dissatisfied with your order? You can return it within 30 days of receipt, provided the item is in its original and saleable condition. Once we have received and approved your return, you are entitled to a full refund. The costs for the return shipment are at your own expense.
We cannot refund or exchange items that have been used, opened or are no longer in their original condition.
Request a return:
Return period
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. The item must be unworn, unused, with labels attached and in its original packaging. Don't forget to include the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return process
Send an email to info@orlaamsterdam.nl and include:
- Your order number
- The reason for the return
- Proof (photo or video, if applicable)
Once approved, you will receive further instructions for the return shipment.
Damage or problems
Please check your order immediately upon receipt. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered item, please report this as soon as possible with a photo or video so that we can offer a suitable solution.
If you have received the wrong size, please contact us at info@orlaamsterdam.nl so that we can find a solution together.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, we will automatically refund the amount. Please note that processing time at your bank may take several days.
Return conditions and guidelines
All returned items must be unused, unopened and in their original plastic packaging.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Please ensure that the item is properly packaged so that it is not damaged during transport.
Please send returns using a traceable and insured service, as we are not responsible for items that are damaged or lost during transport.
Returns must be sent abroad, directly to our warehouse in China.
Always wait for approval of your return. Without approval, we cannot process your return.
